• NCBlazers 2025 Summer Running Series Session IV

    When:  Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Aug 12-13-14, Aug 19-20-21

    Where: Waveny Park Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Who: Boys & Girls going into grades 6-9 This will be Cross Country training. Running as an introduction to building cardio strength and endurance. Great for preparing for all fall sports. We will review and strengthen running mechanics and endurance. Group size will be limited and on a first come basis.

    Cost: $250 per 2-week session. Sessions may be overlapped ie; week 2 of session 1 and week 1 of Session 2
