SUMMER RUNNING SESSIONS AT WAVENY PARK – SESSION II
Session 2: July 19 – August 11
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays
Where: Waveny Park
Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Who: Boys & Girls going into grades 7-9
This will be Cross Country training. Running as an introduction to building cardio strength and endurance. Great for preparing for all fall sports.
We will review and strengthen running mechanics and endurance. There is the possibility of racing in the Summer Series XC races in the park (usually held on Tuesday nights @ 7:00 pm).
Group size will be limited and on a first come basis.
